What should I ask vendors at the showcase?
First, always ask if they are available for your date if you have a date set. Then share your venue with them to find out if they are familiar with the venue and if they are willing to travel to your venue. If they are available and are good with your chosen venue, share a glimpse into your vision with them so you can hear if they are a good fit with your vision and can help you make that come to life! Last, ask if they have a showcase special and when it expires. Remember to always take any marketing material and sign up for their email list for future specials!
How can I keep track of all the information I get during the showcase?
We highly encourage you to create a wedding email. There is so much communication that happens while planning your wedding. And having it all in one place is so helpful. If you choose not to do this, have an email in mind to stick with throughout your planning & showcase journey.
How will I hear about door prizes?
Door prizes will be announced on the overhead sound system throughout the event. We will be calling raffle ticket numbers. So make sure do NOT loose your raffle tickets. All of our door prizes are very bridal geared so please only take a ticket if you are the bride to be.
